仿木欄桿所用的材料標準有哪些？

1、仿木欄桿工程施工所需要的所有材料，主要包括PO42.5水泥、砂子、SPC聚合物乳液、色粉、顏料、防凍劑均有廠家提供的產品合格證及材料技術指標試驗報告單，均應達到設計要求。
1. All materials required for the construction of the wood like railing project, mainly including PO42.5 cement, sand, SPC polymer lotion, toner, pigment, and antifreeze, have product certificates and material technical index test reports provided by the manufacturer, which should meet the design requirements.
2、嚴格按照彩色SPC聚合物砂漿配合比配制砂漿，計量精度為水泥±2%、砂±5%、乳液及色粉控制在±1%以內。采用人工攪拌。砂漿應隨拌隨用，一般在1h內用完。

3、養護：當仿木樁成品完成后在12h內，采用塑料薄膜覆蓋、灑水養護，保持塑料布內有凝結水，每天澆水的次數以樁體表面處于濕潤狀態來確定，養護時間不少于7天，然后自然養護。

4、現場攪拌SPC聚合物砂漿，抗凍等級為F150，調勻后摸制在鋼絲網上。

5、用上述SPC聚合物砂漿進行第二遍找補。

6、進行細節紋理的塑造和雕刻，彩色聚合物砂漿初凝后，由雕刻師進行形體塑造，對樹節、裂縫、年輪、樹皮、脫落等進行局部細化仿真處理，外型為松樹或榆樹，同時對局部進行初凝的表面進行顏色處理。

7、所有制作生產出的產品都需要通過質檢部門人員嚴格檢驗后才能成為合格產品。
